At IK-PS Building and Construction, we specialize in end-to-end building solutions—from groundworks to the final handover. We work hand in hand with reputable architects, engineers, designers, and landscape specialists to bring each project to life with precision, care, and professionalism.
Based in Stellenbosch, we deliver residential, commercial, industrial, and estate developments throughout Paarl, Somerset West, Wellington, and the greater Boland and Western Cape region. Our team collaborates closely with architects to ensure every new build, renovation, or maintenance project is aligned with the client’s vision and built to exceptional standards.

How we work With Architects
A turnkey approach
- Along with an architect (of your choice or someone from our trusted network) we design and cost the best value for money development you envision.
- Once finalised the architect will submit for municipal plan approval. We then submit all relevant documentation to the NHBRC (We are also NHBRC registered).
- Once all approvals are in place, we commence work. We do not charge a deposit for the building project to start. Payment is due on a monthly basis, according to progress claims and/or according to the bank evaluation.
- All necessary building insurance and public liability is included. Our preferred building contract is the JBCC minor works agreement. For renovations we use the JBCC small works agreement.
- Our services include sourcing and installing all relevant fixtures and finishes such as tiles, built in cupboards, kitchen designs, light fittings and fixtures, green energy solutions, pools, soft and hard landscaping - as you may require.

We have completed projects in various prominent housing estates and complexes across the Boland including Digteby Estate, Long Lands Estate, Welgevonden Estate and Croyden Winelands and Olive Estate. We have also renovated homes and apartment blocks, remodeled beautiful wine estate buildings and tasting rooms and have completed sections of shopping malls.
