- Once approved, construction work begins. We do not require a deposit to start; payments are structured monthly according to progress or bank evaluations.
- As a Renovation Company that values peace of mind, we include all relevant building insurances and public liability cover. We work under the JBCC Small Works Agreement for renovation projects to ensure legal clarity and protection for all parties.
