- We begin by working with your selected architect—or one from our trusted network—to develop your renovation plan and cost breakdown. The architect handles municipal plan submissions, while we manage NHBRC registration and compliance.
- Once approvals are received, we begin construction. No deposit is required upfront—payments are made monthly, based on project progress or independent bank evaluations.
- All of our Renovation Services include public liability cover and full construction insurance. We work under the JBCC Small Works Agreement to provide clarity, legal protection, and peace of mind throughout the project.
- Our renovation offering includes everything from flooring, painting, and ceiling work to tiling, lighting, cabinetry, and energy-saving upgrades. Whether the project is cosmetic or structural, we deliver high-quality solutions tailored to your needs.

We have completed projects in various prominent housing estates and complexes across the Boland including Digteby Estate, Long Lands Estate, Welgevonden Estate and Croyden Winelands and Olive Estate.
